We are often told, by the secular liberal, "judge not, lest ye be judged." This is used as a way to keep the body of Christ impotent and helpless, buying into the post-modern idea that "everything goes." But the true teaching of Scripture is more subtle, and more sharp.
I don't think we spend enough time considering what a significant thing it was that Jesus was God made flesh.
We tend of think of Jesus as a "hippy carpenter with a message of peace."
But, Jesus says if you see Him, you see the Father. He says that He reveals the Father to those He chooses.
And thou shalt return and obey the voice of the Lord, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day. And the Lord thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the Lord will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:
